Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Custom Manufacturing Nature

Because all modular kitchens, wardrobes, and custom interior furniture produced by Nestoria are custom-sized and engineered specifically to each customer's architectural floor plan, products cannot be restocked or reused once fabrication commences.

2. Cancellation Milestones

• Pre-Design Stage: If a cancellation is requested before 2D/3D design drafting has started, initial booking fees may be refunded subject to a nominal administrative charge.
• Design Finalization & Approval Stage: Once custom 3D renders, architectural drawings, and site measurements have been finalized, design fee deductions apply.
• Post-Production Sign-Off: Once the technical drawings are signed off and timber/BWP board cutting has commenced at our factory, order cancellations or cash refunds cannot be processed.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed via direct NEFT/RTGS bank transfer or original payment method within 7 to 10 business days following formal cancellation sign-off.
