1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or engaging the design, manufacturing, and interior execution services of Nestoria Modular Kitchens & Interiors ("Nestoria", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Scope of Services & Timelines
Nestoria specializes in bespoke modular cabinetry (kitchens, wardrobes, storage) and turnkey full-home architectural interior execution. Our advertised 45-Day Installation Guarantee applies strictly to modular kitchens and factory-fabricated modular woodwork, commencing solely from the date of final design sign-off, technical site readiness, and advance payment clearance. Turnkey full-home interiors (civil work, electrical, false ceilings, and painting) operate on custom schedules defined in individual service contracts.
3. Quotations & Billing (BOQ)
All online estimates generated through our web cost calculator are approximate ballpark figures. Binding project contracts are governed by our finalized, itemized Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Scope alterations requested after contract execution will be billed via mutual change orders.
4. 10-Year Hardware Warranty
Our 10-year warranty applies to functional hardware components (hinges, drawer tandem runners, lift-up systems) against manufacturing defects, subject to standard domestic usage. Normal wear and tear, moisture ingress caused by plumbing failure, or unauthorized third-party tampering are excluded.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of contracts or services are subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts in Pimpri-Chinchwad / Pune, Maharashtra.
